Supporting non-profits
Most non-profits run on volunteer time. We help with websites, automation, and the small tools that keep things running. When the cause fits and we have the capacity, some of the work is pro bono.
How we help
Most non-profits run on volunteer time, and the technical side often lands on whoever happens to be around. Sites break. Tools get set up once and then nobody remembers how they work. Information ends up passed around on spreadsheets.
We can take that side off your plate. Either as a paid project when there is a budget for it, or pro bono when the cause fits and we have the capacity.
What it usually looks like
- A simple website, fast to load, that keeps working without constant attention.
- Small automations that replace manual steps (form submissions, reminders, exports).
- Maintenance on an existing site or tool, so a new board does not have to start from zero.
- Practical pages: members, events, contact forms, registration.
Pro bono
Each year we take on a small number of pro bono projects, usually for smaller associations or causes we care about. If yours might fit, write to us with what you need. We will tell you honestly whether we can help, and whether it would be paid or pro bono.
A tool built with associations in mind
We also ship SwiftVote, a lightweight online voting tool designed for association board elections, member votes, and general assemblies. It runs on shared hosting (no database needed), authenticates voters by magic link, and ballots are encrypted end-to-end. If you run yearly votes and the current process is a mess of spreadsheets and emails, it’s probably what you want.
How we scope
We try to keep things small. For most associations, that means a fixed-scope project with clear deliverables and no vendor lock-in. You own what we ship, and you can keep maintaining it yourself or with us.
No jargon, no oversized proposals, no tools pushed for their own sake.
Let's make your association's tech quieter
Non-profits do essential work, often with limited technical resources. If yours needs a website, automation, or tools to save time, get in touch.
