What to put in your message
A few sentences are enough to start. The more useful things to include:
- A short description of what you are trying to do, or what is broken.
- A link to your current site or product, if there is one.
- A rough sense of timing: is this urgent, planned for next quarter, or exploratory?
- Anything you have already tried or ruled out.
We do not need a finished brief. We do not need a budget number. The first reply is always free, and if it is not a fit we will say so politely.
Response time
We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. If you write over a weekend, expect to hear from us on Monday. We are based in two timezones (Tokyo and Provence), so one of us is usually awake.
Other ways
We do not run a phone line, a chat widget, or a contact form. Email keeps a record, gives both sides time to think, and means nothing important gets lost in a tab. If you would prefer a video call, mention that in your email and we will set one up.
